Action Required by Monday December 15, 2025
To All OptionPay and PSPS Merchants,
After a 14-year relationship with our current payment processor, OptionPay and PSPS have made a business decision to move our payment services to a new payment processor with full migration to be completed by Wednesday, January 14th, 2026. This decision has been made with the intent to improve our service deliverables to our merchants.
The transition will be seamless for all of our OptionPay and PSPS merchants and the interface you are currently using will continue to operate in the same manner.
As OptionPay and PSPS are regulated entities within the Canadian financial services and payments industry, we are required to comply with current legislative requirements. As such, our merchants are now required to complete the below form for KYC (Know-Your-Customer) and AML (Anti-Money-Laundering) compliance.
Deadline to complete the online forms is Monday, December 15, 2025.
Should OptionPay and PSPS not be in receipt of the completed forms by Monday, December 15, 2025, payment processing for your business may not be available beyond Wednesday, January 14, 2026.
One of our OptionPay and/or PSPS representatives will contact you to ensure that we have received the completed forms with all the required information.
